Company Profile

TD&M Company, Inc. is a contract-machining house located in New Haven, Indiana. Since 1954 TD&M has provided machining services to customers in the automotive, heavy and medium duty truck, stove, rubber-molded products and agricultural industries.
External quality defects have become almost non-existent due to an increased quality awareness by the employees at the process work centers. On time delivery has improved to a level in excess of 98%, with a goal of 100% by this years end and preventative/predictive maintenance programs are managed in a real-time environment. These improvements are due to the installation and implementation of a computerized LAN and a business management software solution that was identified as a key investment requirement by the cross-functional quality planning team.
TD&M Company, Inc. has progressed dramatically over the last few years because we believe strongly in our mission statement.
“TD&M is committed to furnishing top quality and value with constant improvement in all our daily work.”
We also find this approach works just as well outside of the shop as a personal growth philosophy for our growing family of stakeholders.
